Unwholesome thoughts

In my blog entitled ‘Garbage In Garbage Out’ I discussed about how we express what we feed ourselves. In my effort to monitor what I feed myself, I noticed that the struggle is especially hard for the intangible things, namely my thoughts.
Yesterday, I was very bothered and negative. That was because I realized I committed [...]

Garbage In Garbage Out

Telling dreams?

I tend to have many dreams at night, interesting dreams. Maybe its because I think a lot during the day and I never really stop thinking at night, even when I sleep.
In the past two days, I had dreams that were very real and very relevant to my day life. They occurred after I prayed [...]
