I believe there is rarely such a thing as original creation, at least among human beings. What i mean is that all &quot;new&quot; things/concepts/structures etc are really built on someone else&#039;s creation which in turn was built on someone else so on and so forth. There is this saying that we are merely building on the shoulders of giants. Even in the area of intellectual property law (which is supposed to be my bread and butter), the law recognizes a person&#039;s IP rights where he had put in some new work to an old idea/thing/concept.
