I am understand his noble intents even though I am a Buddhist. As this goes beyond the surface of things, into the realm of essence and wisdom. I did have some Christian friends during my uni days to enlighten me on Christianity. =D

Christ died for our sins, to show us the folly of our ways and in a way, clean the slate for us to start all over again.

Perhaps Jesus himself doesnt want us to die for him, rather we LIVE full, fulfilling, and worthwhile lives in accordance to His teachings, so that we may go to Heaven.

1. Sleep
2. Take the time to pray and meditate on the Word – esp the verses that discuss about stress and worry.
3. Go back to the issue/work and break it down into manageable parts.
4. Re-focus again.
5. Repeat the process if necessary.

Hi Steph, I just wanted to contribute this comment since you had posed the questions.

I believe there is rarely such a thing as original creation, at least among human beings. What i mean is that all “new” things/concepts/structures etc are really built on someone else’s creation which in turn was built on someone else so on and so forth. There is this saying that we are merely building on the shoulders of giants. Even in the area of intellectual property law (which is supposed to be my bread and butter), the law recognizes a person’s IP rights where he had put in some new work to an old idea/thing/concept.

I admire your concern for the peace and unity of the church. Such concerns ought to be more prevalent in the church today. One thing that may bring you a bit of relief is that this article is a satire, a joke. The entire sight is made up of them.

The sad side is that the satire is all too close to the truth. May the Lord send forth revival; establishing peace and purity for the sake of Jesus.
